This is actually where the majority of my time is spent - in the fitness industry. I’m the host of the Santa Barbara Marathon put on during the last week of December every year. I host a number of races, write books fitness, designed a fitness certification, give corporate wellness seminars, and more.

I am the founder of MOVFitness, a fitness company headquartered in Santa Barbara, CA.
